When Raishma designs for the client, she caters for all religious ceremonies, venues, and styles, and budgets, specialising in the traditional Pakistani bridal look, which features ghararas, shararas, and furshi styles. These are all made to the client's requirements in jamavar silks and other traditional fabrics. Dhabka, stone and threadwork embroidery embellish the outfits.
Another forte for Raishma is Sikh temple weddings. Bearing in mind that the bride often has to sit cross-legged in the temple, a collection has been designed with this in mind.
Traditional Indian lenghas with heavy stone work embroidery, are complemented with corset bodices, for a more fitted and modern take.
